Apartment in a lovely house with an ideal location. Built in 2017, it’s 1.6 km from the centre of Tromsø, which is a 12-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet, family-friendly, and sheltered from the main road. Good bus connections are available just 100 meters from the house. From the centre, you can easily explore other parts of Tromsø. The apartment is part of a house with a private entrance. It features: - One bedroom with a 150 cm bed. - Kitchen equipped for cooking. - Bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. - Dining table with two chairs. - Living room with a sofa and table. - No parking space is available directly outside the apartment. However, there are some paid parking options nearby. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. I am most easily reached through chat function. Alternatively, you can contact me via phone, SMS, or WA. The area is quiet and family-friendly. There’s a large Eurospar supermarket located 100 meters from the house. No parking is available directly outside the apartment. However, there is an option for paid parking 60 meters away outside Kysthuset, just north of the apartment. Reading the check-in instructions that I will send you upon booking is very important to find your way to the house. I will provide you with some maps and links.

March 2024 5.00Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Wir konnten bereits vor Check-in unsere Koffer in der Unterkunft abstellen. Außerdem hat Kai es uns möglich gemacht, bereits um 14 Uhr in das Apartment zu gehen. Was wirklich super nett war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett fanden wir auch sehr bequem. Kai hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten/Fragen geantwortet. Wir würden wieder kommen- rundum zufrieden.

Nice little flat (: When I arrived, there was a smell (fish or something), but after opening the windows for a bit, the smell disappeared which I was very greatful for. Tidy bedroom and a great bed! My morning alarm were the little kids running upstairs, but that was not a problem for me (: I enjoyed my everyday walk to the city. So if you want to stay a little bit out of the centre of Tromsø, I would highly recommend. Kai Ruben is a very responsive and friendly host, so don’t doubt to stay at his place.
Nice and cozy apartment at 1,5 km from the center. Bus stop at 200 metres with a lot of buses during the day.
I stayed at Kai’s place for 5 days and loved it! ✨🌟 First of all, the hose is flexible. we arrived in the early morning and he prepared the house in advance and allowed us to early check-in which we did not expect. That was so thoughtful. Secondly, he is a good communicator. Every time when I asked or texted him, he replied promptly. It was very helpful. Thirdly, the house was very warm! And had all I need! Lastly, I liked the location. Even though it is about 20 mins away from downtown, it is walkable and it’s only less than 8 mins by bus including walking. It was totally fine for us as there are big marts near the place. So, we loved this place and definitely will visit this place again when we come to Tromso! 👍🏻
The host was great, finding the place was extremely hard as my husbands phone and mine wasn’t loading up the links the host sent us since our data in Norway is very limited. The host did try his best to explain and resend us the links. They eventually worked after 10 mins due to our not so great phone data. So make sure you’re able to open up the websites and possibly take severe shots of the instructions incase your phone/data acts up. The place is very clean and nice, the bus stop is less than 5 mins away from the house, and there’s a grocery store across the street that has everything you need. I did recommend to the host he adds some more essentials to the home like sugar, tea bags, and possible condiments, maybe even laundry detergent. We ended up buying those things but most of it will go to waste as no one can finish a whole bag of sugar in a few days. Overall the place is great especially for a couple who want privacy. 10/10 recommend
Kai, thank you for very comfortable apartment, 20 min walk from / to centrum; big supermarket 3 min walk from apartment. Quiet neighbours with kids , but it very nice 😊 feel cosi . worm and very clean ; citchen have everything you need for cook , absolutely happy 😊 and hope come back soon. thank you
